Admiral Dennis C. Blair (born February 4, 1947) is a retired U.S. Navy four-star admiral. He served as the third Director of National Intelligence (DNI) from January 2009 to May 2010 under President Barack Obama and as the Commander in Chief of the U.S. Pacific Command from 1999 to 2002.
